ATRAPATS A LA PANTALLA?

WHERE DOES USE END AND ADDICTION BEGIN?

How many times a day do you check your phone without really knowing why?

Do you wake up and immediately reach for your phone? Do you find it difficult to disconnect? Have you ever picked up your phone to check something and, before you knew it, twenty minutes had passed?

And what about your children? How many family arguments begin with a simple “put your phone down”?

What if the real problem isn't just how much time we spend looking at screens, but the relationship we've developed with them?

We live in a world of constant connectivity. Social media, notifications, endless videos and continuous stimulation have become part of our everyday lives.

But we're beginning to ask ourselves some important questions.

Are we losing our ability to disconnect? How is all this affecting our attention, emotions and personal relationships? Can we recognise when a habit starts turning into dependency?

And most importantly: what can we do to regain control?

A CONVERSATION THAT CONCERNS US ALL

NaiMan Events presents ATRAPATS A LA PANTALLA?, an event that goes far beyond a traditional conference.

For this event, we're bringing together four professionals from Andorra to explore one of the biggest challenges of our time from different perspectives: philosophy, mental training, psychology and psychiatry.

Four perspectives. One shared reality. Many questions that deserve answers.

FOUR VOICES TO HELP US UNDERSTAND WHAT'S HAPPENING

HELENA VILÀ NAUDÍ
Founder of Ment Conscient, specialist in mental training.

DAVID MURIAS
Philosopher.

LUIS VILLAR
Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Institut de la Ment.

SANDRA LEIVA
Child and Adolescent Psychologist at Institut de la Ment.

A moderated roundtable discussion featuring different perspectives, thought-provoking insights and an opportunity for the audience to take part in the conversation.

WHAT WILL YOU TAKE AWAY FROM THIS EVENT?

An opportunity to better understand:

When screen use can start becoming problematic.

How smartphones and social media influence our attention, emotions and habits.

Why disconnecting can feel so difficult.

How technology affects our family, personal and social relationships.

The warning signs of an unhealthy relationship with screens.

How to set boundaries and develop healthier, more mindful digital habits.

We're not here to demonise technology. We're here to understand it, question our habits and discover how to build a healthier relationship with it.

Because this conversation isn't just for teenagers or parents.

It's for you. For your children. For your partner. For the people around you.

For anyone who has ever felt that their phone takes up more space in their life than they'd like.
